'Healthy in Moosach online' ('Gesund in Moosach online') is a platform and learning zone provided by the City of Munich. It answers health-related questions and offers tips for healthy living.

It can help you find doctors and midwives in Moosach and Munich. It also offers contact details for sports clubs, information centres, and other services you can turn to if you have health-related questions or if you have problems.

On this page you will also find short videos that can assist you, for example, with relaxation. We are also giving you tips for healthy grocery shopping.

For each topic, we offer presentations, discussions, courses, and workshops. We also provide you with important referral contacts and information materials for Moosach, which you can access and use.
